"What is ONE quality you can change in your leadership?" - Class ONE: "Looking Into the Mirror" As leader's in the service industry, we need to have the ability to examine our personal leadership and have a willingness to see what we need to change in order to serve our guests, customers and community in exceptional ways (30 minute class with round table discussion).
- Class TWO: "Treating the Most Important People in Your Business with Care"
Treating yourself, and your staff with care and respect, while having high service expectations for your business creates positive morale. A happy and healthy staff is the foundation of a productive and passionate team (30 minute class with round table discussion). - Class THREE: "Importance of Guests, Customers and Clients"
Is it really JUST about adhering to the Golden Rule, or is it more? Understand what it means to be the guest, customer or client, and working on people skills. (45 minute inter-active class and group discussion). - Lunch Provided
- 10 minute complimentary chair massage sessions
