Development is a broad term within commerce, education and non-profit industries.  At REDC, our team understands that proper development lends itself possibilities of increased rates of success, which in turn creates an optimistic future for a community, individual or organization.

REDC examines, assesses, then identifies specific development needs, formulating straightforward plans that will improve the image or position of the community, individual, or organization.

REDC will help you in a myriad of ways. There are 3 basic categories REDC would like you to consider:

EDUCATION

REDC staff has a proven and government documented track record in youth education program development. Our programs include a health component that enhances individual morale.  As instruction and personal development is cultivated into the work place or community, our hope is to ultimately help transfer the on-site skills of learning, self-assessing, and problem-solving into their everyday lives.

REDC has a goal to design a tailored program according to specific needs or target audiences that our client requests, and our staff will further evaluate with recommendations of needs that could advance you or your organization toward being successful.

REDC experience in program development, community relationships, adult and youth mentoring, individual and group training, along with strategic implementation gives our clients the confidence that REDC staff walks with the organization or individual from beginning to end.
